L’Office Rwandais de Promotion du café (OCIR CAFE) invite par le présent Avis d’Appel d’Offres, les soumissionnaires admis à concourir à présenter, leurs offres pour le marché de fourniture de matériels informatiques et fourniture de bureau. Le marché étant en deux lots indivisibles.
Lot 1 : Fourniture de 2 ordinateurs desks top ;- 2 imprimantes ; - 2 onduleurs.                Â
Lot 2 : Fourniture de bureau
La participation à la concurrence est ouverte à égalité de conditions:
aux personnes physiques, sociétés ou entreprises, organismes publics ou à participation publique des États ACP et des États membres de l’Union Européenne,
aux sociétés coopératives et autres personnes de droit public ou de droit privé des États membres de l’Union Européenne et/ou des États ACP,
L’acquisition du dossier d’appel d’offre est gratuite. Le dossier peut être obtenu par les candidats, au Secrétariat de l’Office Rwandais de Promotion du Café (OCIR CAFE) sis à Gikondo à partir du 01/03/2010.
Les Offres bien dactylographiées et préparées en français ou anglais, sous pli fermées, reliées convenablement, présentées en 4 exemplaires dont un original et 3 copies, sous peine d’être rejetées et accompagnées d’une garantie de soumission d’un montant de Trente mille francs rwandais (30 000Frw) pour le Lot 1 et Vingt mille francs rwandais (20 000Frw) pour le Lot2, émise par une banque ou une compagnie d’assurance agréée par l’Administration.
Les offres seront déposées au Secrétariat Central de l’OCIR CAFE au plus tard le 31/03/2010 à 9h00’, heure locale. L’ouverture des offres aura lieu le même jour à 10heures en séance publique, dans la salle de réunion de l’OCIR CAFE sis à Gikondo.
L’appel d’offres sera régi par la Loi N0 12/2007 du 27/03/2007 sur les Marchés Publics.

TITLE: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF INFORMATIC MATERIALSÂ

Rwanda Coffee Development Authority (OCIR CAFÉ) invites all interested parties to tender in sealed envelopes for the tender of the supply of the following informatics materials and office stationary. The tender is in two indivisible lots.
Lot 1 : Supply of 2 computers desk top;Â 2 uninterrupted Power Supply (USP)Â and 2 printers.
Lot 2 : Supply of office supply              Â
Participation is on the basis of open competitive tendering from the following:
•   Individuals, companies, enterprises and public organizations from the ACP countries and member countries of European Union.
•   co-operative companies and another public and private persons from the member countries of European Union or from ACP countries
The tender documents is available free of charge and can be obtained from the Secretariat of OCIR CAFÉ located at Gikondo from the 01/03/2010 during working hours.
Offers clearly typed and marked in either English or French, with suitable binding should be submitted with three (3) copies – of which one (1) original and two (2) copies together with a bid bond equivalent to thirty thousand Rwandan francs (30 000Frw) for the Lot 1, and Twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (20 000Rwf), for the Lot 2, issued by a Bank or Insurance Company legal accepted; must reach the Central Secretariat of OCIR CAFÉ, latest on 31st March 2010 at 09:00 a m, local time.
Tender opening will be in a public session which will take place in the meeting room of OCIR CAFÉ located at Gikondo on the same day at 10.00 a m, local time.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.  Â
